The smoked fillet is a product much appreciated by those who are always looking for a delicious product to bring to the table. Obtained with the leanest part of the pig, it has a very delicate, light taste but at the same time has light notes of smoke and spices such as thyme and rosemary
The smoked filet
Thanks to its low caloric intake, it can be consumed to prepare a light dinner, perhaps accompanied by wholemeal bread and a soft cheese.
Also excellent if sliced and spread on a tray with a little olive oil, a few rocket leaves and a piece of parmesan.
Its soft consistency allows it to be easily sliced with a knife and eaten raw, but it is also delicious cut into strips and sautéed in a pan to flavor a plate of pasta.
